What the auto lift costs on your floor
The higher the floor, the more an hour costs. The minimum booking is 2 hours, so the table also shows what those 2 hours come to.
If the job runs longer, each extra hour is charged at the rate in the table.
Say we take tiles up to the 12th floor and it takes 3 hours. That’s 3600 lei.
How to pay for fewer hours
If a few things are ready before we arrive, the job goes quicker and costs you less.
Have the materials delivered first
Ask the shop to drop off the bags and boards before we arrive. If their van is late, the lift just stands idle by the block.
Work out the weight
We put up to 200 kg on the platform at a time, so forty 25 kg bags take at least five runs. Once we know how many bags there are, it’s easier to say how many hours you need.
Clear the spot below the window
Our truck and trailer need to stop right below your window. If neighbours usually park there, let them know the day before. Otherwise we end up waiting for someone to move their car.
Open the window fully
Take the fly screen off and clear the space by the window or on the balcony. Each load then comes off the platform quickly.
Up and down on the same day
If there’s already demolition rubble or old furniture in the flat, mention it when you ring. We bring it down on the same day we take the materials up, so you pay the minimum booking only once.
What we bring down from the flat
The exterior lift works just as well on the way down. We take whatever has to leave the flat from your window and set it down by the block, wherever you tell us.

Put the rubble in strong bags and tie them tight. That way it comes down faster.

Tell us the street, the floor and what needs to go up or come down. We give you the hourly rate for your floor straight away. Then we work out together how many hours the job needs.
Day and place
We agree on the day and the time. We also decide where the truck will stand, so there are no wires or branches between it and the window.
On the day
We arrive at the time we agreed. The operator sets up the lift, raises it to your window and takes everything up one load at a time. At the end he brings down whatever has to go.

Questions people ask before booking
What does the auto lift cost?
1900 lei for 2 hours on floors 2-8, 2200 on 9-10, 2400 on 11-12 and 2900 on 13-14. That is the minimum booking, with the operator included.
What if we’re done in an hour?
You still pay for 2 hours, as that is the minimum booking. If there’s time left, we can use it to bring down rubble bags or old furniture.
How many hours should I book?
That depends on the floor and how many runs the platform has to make. If you tell us you have, say, 60 bags and a wardrobe, we can give you a rough number of hours over the phone.
Where do you leave the rubble once it’s down?
On the ground by the block, in the spot you show us. You can choose it when you call, or point it out to the operator on the day.
How quickly is the lift set up?
We usually have it set up in under an hour. It takes longer when the yard is hard to drive into or we’re working near the top floors.
Can you take furniture up too?
Yes, sofas, wardrobes, fridges and washing machines go on the same platform. The hourly rate is the same as for materials and only changes with the floor.
